Privacy Policy
What we collect, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it — in plain English.
What we collect
We only collect what you actively give us. We do not buy personal information, and we do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels on this site.
Information you provide
- DIY Toolkit form — your name and email address, submitted when you unlock the free toolkit.
- Consultation requests — contact and credit-related details you enter when booking through our client portal.
- Email — anything you send to info@ready2act.work.
What our tools do not collect
The utilization calculator and dispute priority planner on our Tools page run entirely inside your browser. The figures you enter are never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and are gone as soon as you close the tab. We never see them.
How we use it
We use the information you give us to:
- Deliver the free DIY toolkit you requested.
- Respond to your questions and schedule consultations.
- Provide credit repair services you have engaged us for.
- Send occasional educational email, which you can stop at any time.
- Meet our record-keeping obligations under the Credit Repair Organizations Act.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not profile you for advertising purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We never have. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it:
- Formspree — receives the name and email from the DIY Toolkit form and forwards it to us.
- Google Forms — hosts the toolkit itself. Anything you enter there is handled under Google’s privacy policy.
- CreditFixrr — our client portal and case management platform, used for consultations and active client work.
- Our hosting provider — serves this website and keeps standard access logs.
We may also disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
Your rights and choices
Wherever you live, you may ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete your information, subject to records we are legally required to retain.
- Unsubscribe from marketing email — use the link in any message, or just write to us.
Email info@ready2act.work and we will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you or treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
Your rights under the CROA
Separately from this policy, federal law gives you specific rights when working with a credit repair organization — including the right to cancel your contract without penalty within three business days. Those rights are set out in full on our CROA Disclosures.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
We keep client records for the period required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act and applicable state law. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.
This site is served over HTTPS, and access to client information is limited to personnel who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we will notify affected individuals of any breach as required by law.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be flagged on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
